Since beginning my journey with the Three Principles I have developed a greater understanding and ultimately become the truest and most authentic version of myself. The Three Principles has done more for me in 12 months than 8 years of counselling.

I have worked in the hair and beauty industry since I was 15. Over the years and decades, I have seen the industry become more aware of helping to “change the conversation”. Gone are the days where my conversation has been “going anywhere nice on your holidays?”.

I am now listening without prejudice which is ultimately helping me to help people have a better, more conscious understanding of themselves.
