Julian is director of the 3PUK conference, and has worked as a coach, mentor and Three Principles practitioner for almost 15 years having trained with one Thought and subsequently served on faculty for their practitioner program. He previously worked as a management consultant for two FTSE 100 companies, was the COO of the Betterworld Charity, and has been the 3PUK conference director for the last 11 years. His client base is diverse and has included work with individuals, couples, community leaders, and groups from across the world.

Continually inspired to teach about the principles behind state of mind, Julian recently co-founded the non-profit Almond Tree Foundation CIC (www.thealmondtree.org) to provide wellbeing support to families living with disabilities.
