Amie Joof
Amie Joof is a 24 year old woman who found herself on a never ending search for freedom and peace of mind from a very early age. From being admitted into hospitals due to ongoing mental illnesses, to being heavily medicated throughout her teen years. Amie came across The Principles in 2019 and through the teachings of Sydney Banks, Amie found herself living a life she didn't know existed beyond her own version of reality. Now free from mental confusion and suffering, Amie goes on to share the insights which lead her to where she is today.
Anastasia Dobrovolschi
Anastasia Dobrovolschi is a transformative coach dedicated to guiding individuals on a journey of self-discovery, helping them unleash their true potential, innate health, and embrace a life filled with purpose and fulfilment through the innovative approach of The Three Principles.
Fluent in Romanian, Russian, English, and Spanish, and with a background rich in diverse experiences and profound personal transformation, Anastasia offers a pathway to overcoming fears, anxiety, and depression, healing from trauma, navigating difficult relationships, and fostering personal growth and career development.
Anita McGinty
Anita McGinty, Ph.D., is a psychologist and educator fascinated with the ways we learn, change, and grow. Having seen firsthand the transformative power of innate health realization, she wants all people – across all sectors of society – to have the same opportunity for insight that she did. She is driven by the potential for innate health interventions to be universally accessible and sees how a strong, interdisciplinary, and irrefutable evidence-base can become fuel for this movement.
Chana Rosenblatt
Chana has been working and sharing the Three Principles for over a decade. She graduated from the One Thought Professional Institute in 2012 and was a faculty member from 2013 – 2019. Chana has been mentored by many of Sydney Banks’s students, including Dr George and Linda Pransky, Dr Mark Howard, Miss Beverley Wilson Hayes, Dr Bill Pettit and Elsie Spittle.
Chana Studley
Chana Studley recovered from severe PTSD after 3 violent attacks in the UK and spent the next 25 years combining a very successful Academy Award Winning career in Hollywood with coaching and counseling people with trauma, addictions, and relationship problems. She is now a successful author of four best-selling books.
Christine Heath
Christine is a licensed marriage and family therapist, Board Director at 3PGC, and Ex. Director of Hawaii Counseling & Education Center. Founded in 1985, it is the oldest 3 Principle based outpatient mental health and addiction care facility in the world. She has been helping people to awaken to their inner health since 1980.
Dicken Bettinger
Dicken Bettinger, Ed.D., received his doctorate in counseling psychology and has worked during his career as a licensed clinical psychologist. Dicken’s entire career has focused on psychological well-being. In 1986 he met Sydney Banks and was mentored by Syd for 23 years. He is currently in private practice at 3 Principles Mentoring where he trains and supervises 3P practitioners, runs webinars on the internet and in seminars around the world.
Emma Foulkes
I am 54 years old and a qualified nurse, social worker and counsellor.
I have been in mental health services for 40+ years and had intensive psychotherapy 4 times a week for 10 years. I have had numerous hospital admissions in psychiatric wards and have been on a cocktail of high doses of antidepressants from the age of 13.
I have suffered from debilitating back and leg pain for 25 years and neck, shoulder and arm pain for 15 years and have had 5 major operations.
I was diagnosed autistic at 50 and combined ADHD a year later.
I live with my two lovely cats Willow 9 and Timmy 7 and my adorable 3 year old Labradoodle, Poppy.
I came across the 3 Principles just over two years ago which has been profoundly life changing both mentally and physically.
Erika Bugbee, M. A.
Erika Bugbee, M.A. has been teaching the Three Principles for 25 years. She specializes in working with teens and training practitioners to teach the Three Principles through Zoom and in-person programs. Erika is the founder of Erika Bugbee Coaching Group outside Seattle, Washington.
Jacqueline (JB) Hollows
Jacqueline (JB) Hollows is an author, a social entrepreneur and a mental health mentor. Her tagline ‘Doing Life Perfectly Imperfect’ sums up her attitude of embracing the messiness of life’s journey and her ability to see the perfection in everyone she works with. From a career in IT, pioneering wellbeing programs in prisons, co-authoring research papers, publishing books, and pivoting as a digital creative, Jacqueline embraces change and brings others along with her. Her latest endeavour is a memoir: ‘Wing of an Angel’ about her journey working with people in UK prisons, and will be available at the conference book stall.
Jeanne L. Catherine-Gray
Co-founder of Innate Health Research, Jeanne Catherine-Gray is the lead scientist and team co-leader of a research program designed to evidence and introduce innate health understanding across criminology, education, psychology, medical/health professionals, and organizations.
Jenny Elleray
Ever since Jen’s first, life changing, introduction to the Three Principles in 2005, she has been determined to bring this understanding to others. Over 19 years of travelling, teaching and studying, she has her own unique voice for sharing this one simple truth. Her clear and heartfelt teaching resonates with her audience, whether at a large conference, in a small group or individually. Her own transformation, moving beyond shyness, depression and eating disorders continues to inspire her to point others to what can happen when they see the true nature of how life works.

I am Lila Turner, Co-Partner and Director at One Thought and Founder & CEO of Relationship Ready. My diverse professional background in high-end fashion design and State of Mind mentoring has fueled my passion to support the emotional well-being and clarity for people in both their personal and professional lives. After earning my Master's degree from Central Saint Martins and working alongside legendary designers like Alexander McQueen, I shifted my focus to addressing issues that are impacting us in our lives, businesses, and relationships. Through Relationship Ready, I empower successful individuals to dissolve old frustrating dating patterns and discover dream relationships, while my executive coaching program helps professional women navigate life's challenges with clarity, purpose, and inner trust.

Lily Sais
From lead school psychologist to registered three principles practitioner, Lily is passionate about helping people struggling with anxiety realize that they are not broken and how simple feeling good actually is. She loves working with individuals, and groups, and spreading the word about how life changing the three principles are on social media.
Mark L Howard
Dr. Howard is a licensed psychologist who is the founder of the “Three Principles Institute” located in Brentwood, California. He is recognized as one of the pioneers who first brought the three principles into the field of psychology. Since 1982, Dr Howard has been teaching private clients, families, business professionals. He is now devoting his time to mentoring and supporting anyone who wishes to share the principles with love, clarity, and impact.
Natasha Swerdloff
When Natasha discovered the work of Sydney Banks in 2012, she experienced a transformation in all areas of her life, and then decided to change the focus of her business to share the understanding known as The Three Principles.
Natasha founded The Principles Institute, co-authored the book Coming Home, with Dr. Dicken Bettinger, and more recently developed the curriculum and launched the Three Principles School to train other practitioners to a highly professional standard.
Sarie Taylor
Sarie Taylor is a trained psychotherapist who founded Worldwide Wellbeing Ltd working with people world-wide exploring The Three Principles from both a personal and professional perspective. Sarie has a background in the criminal justice service, as well a wide range of experience working in a therapeutic setting in education and residential children's homes. Sarie is the author of the book Anxiety is A F%^$£, or is it?
Nici Butchart
Nici is a 3P practitioner, wellbeing specialist, and Managing Director of Innate Health Research. With over 20 years of experience in startups, corporate environments, and social impact initiatives, she identifies needs, connects ideas, and builds collaborative teams to drive innovation. Nici is a visual thinker who is learning to use visual communication to simplify and share complex ideas. She is interested in how understanding the mind can transform people, cultures, and systems for social impact.
Saron Nehf
Saron comes with 21 years of experience working with survivors of violence, as a Victim Advocate. A single mom of to beautiful young women; Working with humans is what really comes naturally to her, and is her hearts work. She loves nature and connecting with like minded humans, with a drive to see and experience all this world has to offer. She believes we are all here to walk each other home.
Vanessa Bennett
Vanessa works for Co-Production Collective developing our thinking around co-production practices. She supports a number of partnership programmes working with collaborations between individuals with lived experience, researchers, community representatives and organisations, and NHS services. I also support organisations and researchers with training and consultations. Her focus is on how we can better understand the conditions that enable us to develop 'good' equitable lived experience involvement and co-production through value-based working in health and social care research.
